Return Policy

We will always ensure our customers are satisfied and if returning your item we require the following:

  1. Item has not been worn.
  2. Item is not altered / tailored in any form.
  3. If item was custom tailored by The Saree Shop then exchange only policy applies.
  4. Item must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  5. Customer agrees to pay shipping and handling costs for returns.
Items are always checked prior to leaving the shop and as with any retail clothing items – can vary slightly according to the picture.
